VINTAGE BILLIE GOAT & CAT CHILD'S HANKIE--SIGNED RUTHERFORD HANDKERCHIEF!

This vintage child's handkerchief measures approx 8 1/2" square, and has a goat and a kitty cat!  Signed Rutherford.  There is one tiny pinhole in the corner from a straight pin, and some tiny discoloration spots along the bottom edge.  Still overall good shape.  Cute hankie!
